One on one, face to face counselling, Mens Support Group for healing old trauma and abuse are held once a week, and Men’s “Living Without Violence Program” groups – family court approved course .  Counselling is done on a sliding scale, and some sessions are for koha, or donation, but not being able to afford the cost of the group or one to one should not stop you from calling to see if there is some way in which your needs can be met through government funding etc and to see if “counselling” will actually be useful for your issue.
